WHITE LAKE COMMITMENT FORM

NOTE: We are working on looking through the commitment forms to make a decision by Wednesday, May 18th, 2022.

We would like to thank you for taking the time to fill out our survey for the White Lake area last month. The survey provided us with important data to make decisions, including where you are located, how many months you spend at White Lake, along with the service package you wish to receive. This information allowed us to draft an upgrade plan and run the financials.

What we are working on:

A drafted upgrade plan is in progress:

White Lake tower – extend tower and upgrade the distribution
Six node upgrades to 25/5
1 new node on Lakeshore road for the opposite shore
No immediate plans for additional service in the north part of the lake this year

To proceed with the upgrade, we now need your commitment

Should we proceed with the upgrades, there will be a one time upgrade installation fee of $250 +HST. Please note that if a tower is required, there will be an additional cost, yet to be determined.

By filling out the form below, you are committing to receiving upgraded service, and agree to the $250 +HST one time upgrade fee. The upgrade will allow for up to 25/5 internet access. A site survey is required to determine eligibility for an upgrade or new installation.
