TO OUR CLIENTS: we are pleased to advise you that all of our employees have been a minimum double-vaccinated against COVID-19.

Special Items to Note:

All of our offices will remain closed to the general public until further notice.

To Assist our Residential Wireless Clients:

If you are worried about using up your data when everyone in the house is using the internet every day for work and for school, Storm Internet offers data caps of 100 additional GB for only $10/month+HST and you can add as many as you want (must be a minimum of 3 months each).

Are you Waiting on Hardware?

We will make accommodations to have your hardware delivered by Canada Post to your home or office.

Do you Need to Return any Hardware?

Any hardware should be returned to our Ottawa office only. Please call us to have this arranged.

Service calls of any kind:

In order to ensure the safety of our field technicians, you will be asked a series of COVID-19 questions prior to any service call (including installation) is scheduled. Our field technicians are not permitted to enter your home under any circumstance.  Field technicians will be wearing a mask at all times while at your home and you are asked to do the same thing – the continued wellness and safety of everyone is very important.
