TERMS AND CONDITONS
Eligibility: This program is exclusively available to existing customers of Storm Internet (“the Company”). Both the referring business and the referred business must be actively registered as business entities and must agree to comply with all program terms and conditions.
Referral Credit: Under this program, both the referring business and the referred business are eligible to receive a one-time credit of $50 each. This credit will be applied to each party’s account only after the following conditions are met:
- The referred business has successfully completed the sign-up process and activated their Storm Internet service.
- The referred business remains an active subscriber, without cancellation, for a minimum of one month following activation.
Credit Application: Credits will be automatically applied to the account of both the referring and referred businesses within one billing cycle following the completion of the one-month active service period by the referred business. These credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes.
Limitations:
- A referring business may refer multiple businesses, but each referred business must be distinct and can only be referred once.
- Credits accrued under this program cannot be combined with other promotional credits or discounts.
Modification and Termination: Storm Internet reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions of this program, including termination of the program, at any time without prior notice. However, credits accrued prior to any such changes will be honored according to the terms in effect at the time they were earned.
Miscellaneous:
- Participation in the Refer a Business program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Any disputes arising under this program will be resolved by Storm Internet in a manner deemed fair and consistent with applicable laws.
